Saturday May 12th, 2018 greeted us with a southeast breeze of about 10kts, seas of about 3 feet, mainly a swell from the southeast. We headed out on a 12hr offshore fishing charter, first stop was 46 miles. We fished from 46-56 miles catching a variety of fish such as amberjack, vermilion snapper, triggerfish, grouper, red snapper, mangrove snapper, toro snapper, red porgy, and almaco jack. There were plenty of fish for the table. The bottom fishing has been pretty good on the long trips such as this one lately. For those who like to troll, there has been a pretty good bit of dolphin, wahoo, and blackfin tuna on the 12hr trip
