We started at CH this morning bottom fishing. There wasn't much current so we started drifting. At one point we had 2 breakoffs so it looked like an ok spot. We anchored down and all of a sudden realized we had just anchored on Jurassic Park. There were some big fish at home here. We were broken off at least 10-15 times. We did land a 35lb amberjack, 17lb gag grouper, a 15lb red snapper and a Mule 22lb-35" red snapper. After the action died off a little we moved in search of stringer fish to fill the box. We did some more drifts and ended up nicely with a good box of sea bass, some beeliners, released several more red snapper, and picked up a 19lb king on the flat line. We had a great day on the water!!
